How to Configure: 
1> Recharge with small 3G plan.
2> Connect with Default apn, Apn will be auto detected. (Apn Might Differ on other circles).
3> Run PD Proxy : Set Udp port: 9200 , Local bind: 0
4> Save and Connect.
5> Enjoy Unlimited :).

You Can use Othe vpn such as Sheild VPN , Stout vpn Ect [First connect with PD proxy]
